FULL LENGTH TOUR DESCRIPTION
Depart the pier with your guide to explore Fremantle, one of Western Australia’s most historic cities. Discover its street lined with quaint terraced houses, ornate historic buildings and sidewalk cafés. Pass the Round House at Arthur’s Head, which was built as a twelve-sided gaol, and perches high atop a hill overlooking the sea and harbour. You will also see the restored Cape Dutch-style Maritime Museum, a grand cluster of stone building that houses a comprehensive and fascinating record of Australian history.
As you travel towards Perth, you will pass the glistening white sand beaches that line the coast. The prosperity of Perth is evident as you meander past the fabulous mansions and enter this impressive city nestled on the banks of the Swan River. Enjoy the skyscrapers that mix with historic architecture and beautiful parks. You will enjoy photo stops at the delightful Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach before returning back to the ship.
