FULL LENGTH TOUR DESCRIPTION
Leaving the pier by coach with your guide, you will first make your way to one of Sydney’s icons – the Opera House.  The Sydney Opera House was officially opened by Queen Elizabeth II on October 20, 1973 and is today one of Sydney’s most famous landmarks.  Take a guided tour of this imposing building with its distinctive sail-lie roof while learning about its history, design and current role.  The Sydney Opera House tour will introduce you to the innovation, creativity and controversy that forged this remarkable building against all the odds. You shall be taken on an emotional journey, engrossing you in a story to rival any opera plot. You will have the chance to visit at least one of the main concert venues – where some 1,500 performance are staged each year. Following your tour, you will have some time at leisure to explore the Opera house on your own.

You will continue on to the Gap at Watson’s Bay, the south head of the entrance to Sydney Harbour.  The spectacular views will offer you great photo opportunities.

Your final stop is made at Bondi Beach, Australia’s world-famous surfing beach.  Both Sydneysiders and tourists alike come to enjoy the half-mile crescent of sandy beach and the delightful eateries and shops which line the main street.

Following your visit you will reboard the coach for a transfer back to your ship.

Board your coach and travel to one of Sydney’s most famous landmarks, the Sydney Opera House. Enjoy a guided tour of the building before spending some time at leisure to explore on your own. Continue on to the Gap at Watson’s Bay for spectacular views of the Sydney Harbour. Finally, visit Australia’s world famous surfing beach, Bondi Beach for some time at leisure.
