FULL LENGTH TOUR DESCRIPTION
Transfer to the helipad at Virginia Airport and get ready for a flight of a lifetime. Fly over the Durban coast, then turn inland towards the mighty Drakensberg mountain range. Enjoy exhilarating views over some of the most spectacular and breathtaking scenery in the world, flying along waterfalls and towering cliffs until you will finally land at Cathedral Peak, where you enjoy a glass of sparkling wine whilst listening to the silence and watching the endangered bearded vulture soar! After this truly special experience, the return flight is over the Natal midlands and back to the helicopter base in Durban.

00:00 – 00:30 Drive to the helicopter pad, briefing and board the helicopter

01:45 – 02:15 Touch down. Sparkling wine and snacks are served ‘on top of the world’
02:15 – 03:30 Lift off and return flight to Durban
03:30 – 04:00 Return to ship

OPERATIONAL NOTES
- The helicopter flight is dependent upon good weather conditions and this tour is therefore strictly weather dependent
- The helicopter charge is a flat rate, irrespective whether an escort or a guest occupies a seat
- This tour may be suitable for passenger with walking difficulties as not much walking is involved, however stepping into the helicopter may be difficult for these passengers
